Introduction
Welcome to my blog about my first few years as an elementary school teacher in Georgia.
I am pursuing a life long dream of becoming an elementary school teacher.
I hold a BFA from the University of Alabama, majoring in Graphic Design. I worked as a graphic artist for five years before having children. I was blessed with the ability to stay home and raise my three beautiful kids while they were really young.
Once the kids got older I became a paraprofessional at the local
Elementary school and worked for 17 years in the classroom setting.
My Kids have are grown and going out on their own. I went back to school to obtain my Masters in Art Education, my passion continues to grow and I cannot wait to become an art teacher! Wish me luck as I finish getting my degree, graduating in the Fall of 2018.
